Hello and hello! We are the Münchner Filmrebellen. With heart, brain and two hands full of creativity, we play our part in the film industry.

We are proud that as a studio we are moving away from Hollywood glamour and mainstream cinema. Instead of superheroes and romantic comedy, we make films that are as authentic as a freshly tapped beer at the Hofbräuhaus.

Our studio is in the heart of Munich, or more precisely, in the legendary artists' quarter of Schwabing. Every day is a new film. And that is exactly what is reflected in our productions. With "Schwabing - Artists' Quarter" we have put the last real artist of the quarter in the spotlight. Because in Schwabing, all that glitters is not gold anymore, but there is still art there.

With "Kotzhügel" we let off steam on the famous hill next to the Oktoberfest and told a story that could only happen in Munich. And "Schickeria" - well, that's a film for everyone who wants to know what goes on behind the scenes in beautiful and rich Munich.

We are the Münchner Filmrebellen. With our films we don't just want to entertain, we also want to make people think and show a bit of the real Munich. Because our hearts beat for the city, the people and the stories that play out here every day.
